creating magical events & lasting memories
From left to right:
Ben, Jordan, Jonah and Ashley (not shown) run our golf cart shuttle service. They greet every guest at their arrival to Castle Farm with a huge smile, they hold doors and umbrellas, and are at your service all night even if you just want to return to your car to change your shoes.
Ryan is usually in the background! You probably won’t see him but he’s working hard all week to make your night perfect! Ryan helps his dad, Darren (also not shown). They do everything behind the scenes from tent setup to fence repair. Darren also builds all of the gorgeous wood furniture at the farm and Ryan stacks hay, delivers ice, and moves all of those heavy solid wood harvest tables every wedding. They are wedding cowboys and breed micro mini Scottish Highland Cattle.
Kelsey is our full time Barn Manager. Kelsey and Elizabeth take excellent care of our Andalusian horses and handle all of their day to day care. You might meet Kelsey during your tour of the estate, but you usually will spot them both with our horses during weddings. Kelsey will be led around by Odin the beer pony at cocktail hour.
Catherine is the owner of Castle Farm and Venue Manager. She will most likely give you a tour of the facility, and will always be available to answer any questions you have throughout the planning process! You’ll see her on wedding days sweeping the floor, grooming horses, setting tables or helping the wedding planner or the bartender.
Our philosophy is that the whole team helps each other to make every wedding perfect! We want every guest to have a magical and memorable experience at Castle Farm!
