Describe yourself as a vendor – What do you do for our couples?

My name is Maisy and I am the owner of On Cloud Cline. I love being on site for weddings to help our couples have their best, stress-free day. I like to let all of our couples know that we as their coordinator or planner are there for them to hype up their ideas, be a shoulder to cry on if needed, be their communicator for any wants and needs to other vendors. My biggest hope is that when other vendors hear our name, they instantly get excited because they know we act as a family to make our couple’s dreams come true.

I have a degree in Finance from Wilmington University. I have always loved the ever changing event industry and after my own wedding in 2019, I decided to enter the wedding world with my own business in 2020.

What was your inspiration to start a wedding business?

After planning my own wedding in 2019, I fell more in love with planning larger events and seeing friends and family come together to have fun.

What type of couple should choose you? What makes you unique in the industry?

We have worked with a range of couples from the overly organized couples to other couples that may have needed a little more help. I feel like we have a good range of being able to assist anyone. We also take different experiences and tips we learn from each wedding and vendor team and apply it to the next to keep serving our couples even better.

What is your favorite part of a wedding day?

I love watching the ceremony. Even though there are a few nerves because you are up in front of all your guests, you look into your spouse’s eyes and everyone else kind of melts away and the two of you are all that matters. Most times when I talk to the couple afterward, once they see their future spouse, that is when they take a deep breath and nothing else matters.

Do you have tips for couples who are planning a wedding?

Make sure to book your must-have vendors first and always check their vendor referrals. This will show you who they work best with for a smooth day and have matching talent. Overall, all vendors we have ever worked with always work well together but a great vendor team will make an even better wedding day and experience.

What feedback do you hear most from couples about you and your services?
I would like to say we have good communication with our couples and vendor teams. We like to make sure all the boxes are checked when it comes to rules/restrictions, making sure you feel comfortable and you knowing that we are your advocates for your best interest on wedding day.
